• This is a W-2 position, based on a percentage split model. 
• Already in-network with BCBS is preferred, but we can credential you will BCBS if you are not already. 
• You make your own schedule.
• We are currently all telehealth. 

New Path Therapy is a small group practice in New Jersey focused on creating a safe space for clients to establish and restore healthy relationships, while also exploring any other challenges they are facing. We are looking for someone who is warm, conscientious, and highly skilled.

The ideal candidate has experience working with individual adults and/or couples. We are dedicated to promoting an environment of respect and openness where everyone feels welcome.
